 Aaron Kull is an experienced and entrepreneurial leader with deep healthcare expertise. He has a demonstrated track record of building and growing businesses by delivering valuable solutions and products to customers. Aaron is a visionary thinker and adaptive owner/operator who has enabled rapid growth in start-up environments and initiated strategic and calculated growth within global public companies. He has a calm and mature mindset that translates strategy into action, challenge into opportunity, and chaos into next steps. Aaron is passionate about driving change through innovation and disruption and has grown teams, future leaders, and followership through building a trusting and transparent environment.

From March 2020 to May 2022, Aaron served as Executive Vice President & GM - Provider at Olive AI, an automation company building the internet of healthcare. He was responsible for creating and delivering products that make an immense impact in the provider Ecosystem, with the patient and provider experience at the center. During his tenure, Aaron led the organization through blitz scaling efforts, growing the team size from 80 to 300 and securing investment rounds totaling $800M in 18 months. Aaron also sponsored and successfully closed/integrated two acquisitions, totaling a deal size of $175M.

Prior to his role at Olive AI, Aaron spent five years at Accenture, a global consulting firm providing strategy/consulting, digital, operations, and technology solutions. Aaron served as Managing Director - North America, Provider Practice Leader, where he led a vertical within the healthcare practice delivering innovative solutions to healthcare providers that improve financial outcomes and patient experiences through transforming strategy, operating model, technology, analytics, workflows, talent, and behavior. Aaron also served as Principal Director - Provider Revenue Cycle Solutions upon the acquisition of Sagacious Consultants, a healthcare consulting start-up where he focused on technology implementation, performance improvement, and analytics for healthcare provider clients.

Aaron is seeking a new challenge in the form of a CxO or Senior Leadership team level role in a start-up, growth stage, or mid-cap organization.
